Empressr also maintains an online community of individuals who create and share their own presentations to help others learn about various topics. The user stays in control by choosing to make their Empressr presentation public or keeping it secure and private. Users can organize their own media library, measure the effectiveness of each slide using analytics and import data to build charts and graphs.

The user must also check a small box at the bottom of the form that confirms that they are over 13 years of age and agree to the Empressr terms of use. After clicking the orange “Submit” button below the form, the user is taken to their dashboard where they can begin creating Empressr presentations or search through presentations created by other users.

Empressr offers its services to all users for free. There are no subscription fees or other charges for creating presentations using this application. The user is also given a free account that saves their presentations. The site provides a search tool to find resources from published content or to locate content created by the user that they would like to include in their presentation.
